WIP tool provides interactive access to content stored within environment data stores.

 Given a URN, or a Cypress Project name, WIP Tool allows users to view or edit content(JSON representation).
 Major modules of WIP Tools:

 1. WIP Viewer: It provides a quick visualization of the WIP content. It is displayed as HTML mapping of the local WIP content in the bottom left corner of the WIP viewer screen.
 2. WIP Task Queue: It handles submission, queuing, timing, monitoring, logging, error reporting and task chaining operations
 3. WIP Project Manager: The WIP Project Manager allows WIP content to be validated, uploaded to Cypress, duplicated, and various other tasks related to project-level management of WIP content.
